Implementation ManagerAre you an experienced agent with a ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm that inspires others?Do you enjoy being part of a team that is driving innovation in academia?About the TeamThe Pure Implementation Manager (IM) is part of a global Pure Implementation Team based in Denmark, USA, and Singapore. The general responsibility of the Pure implementation team is to execute customer implementations post-sales. The main responsibility of the IM is to lead and manage a number of these implementations.About the RoleThe IM functions as the customer’s Pure expert during the implementation and is especially an expert in the technical tasks of getting data in and out of Pure.The IM is the main point of contact for the customer right after purchase of Pure and the ability to establish good communications and relations with the customer is very important. We take pride in understanding and solving customer’s questions and issues, both technical and functional.Key Responsibilities:The work of the IM includes (but is not limited to):
It is expected that an IM is capable of handling multiple concurrent implementation projects at the same time (the exact number depends on the complexity of the projects in question). Furthermore, there will be non-implementation work where existing customers need guidance and support for shorter periods.Some travel is expected for each project. As a rule of thumb, we expect 1-3 days onsite with the customer one to two times per project.Requirements:
