You’ll be responsible for planning and executing shopper-oriented activities and promotional programs that increase visibility and enhance the in-store presence of Ferrero products. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving brand, category, channel, and client goals, while continuously improving promo efficiency and ROI.Your Key Responsibilities:In this role, you’ll manage in-store activities and work closely with the Customer & Category Development Team to plan shopper-oriented actions. Your goal is to ensure strategic alignment with the overall brand and category objectives. You will develop and execute promotional programs, retailer projects, and NPD launches to boost sales, monitor the calendar of activities, and maintain an Activity Grid. By analyzing the quality and quantity of in-store execution, you’ll provide continuous feedback and propose improvements for future initiatives.
You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for in-store presence with existing and new partners and channels. Additionally, you’ll closely monitor and assess the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, using key metrics to drive data-driven decisions. Close collaboration with Brand Marketing, Customer and Category Development, Supply, Finance, and the Sales Field Team will ensure that you achieve objectives and maintain executional excellence.
Team Leadership will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will set clear goals and objectives for the team, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing guidance and support to help team members reach their potential. You’ll also be in charge of leading POS material implementation, ensuring the production, warehousing, and delivery processes meet Ferrero’s standards.What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll oversee and manage the entire process of in-store activation, from planning and execution to performance analysis. Managing the POS material production, distribution, and ensuring supplier relationships are aligned with Ferrero’s standards will be crucial. Your work will focus on developing engaging and innovative promotional campaigns that boost visibility, sales, and profitability. You’ll lead and guide the team, ensure smooth operations, and continuously monitor and adjust strategies to meet objectives. Additionally, you will manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring cost optimization and proper adherence to company policies.Your Skill Set:To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales within the FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a Trade Marketing capacity. You must have a strong understanding of business performance, risks, and opportunities, as well as experience with shopper insights. Analytical and presentation skills are essential, and you should be comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP to manage projects and data. Experience in managing marketing projects from conception to execution is crucial.You should be a dynamic and result-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a can-do mentality. Strong organizational and leadership skills will be vital, as you’ll be guiding a team towards achieving performance goals. You should also be adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
