We are seeking to recruit an experienced Inclusion Assistant for our Farnham campus.

This front-facing role is responsible for supporting disabled students within a multidisciplinary team to develop individual enabling strategies to become independent learners. You will work with a wide range of disabled students providing learning and mentoring support, through “roaming”, drop-ins, online, face to face appointments, one to one and group sessions. 

You will have the knowledge and skills to promote accessible strategies and solutions to students across a range of areas including generic pastoral, independent thinking and problem-solving skills, mentoring, communication and behaviour support.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience in supporting HE learners, International and PG students with additional learning support needs. You will have experience of supporting students on a one-to-one and group settings as well as assisting students to engage with identified learning strategies and study skills, preferably within a creative arts course.
