Indirect Customers Invoices Specialist in Paris, France

Meaningful Work From Day One

The incumbent will work within the GBS Accounting team and will report to the France & Belux Accounting Manager.

What You Can Expect

• Manage all indirect customers invoices workflow in Google Drive

• For each indirect customer invoice received, check if the vendor account exists in SAP – if not, send it back to the sales assistant for creation

• For each indirect customer invoice received, check if the bank details are correct in SAP – if not, submit a salesforce request for the change

• Book all indirect customers invoices into CCM (SAP Rebates module)

• Help with the weekly payment preparation

• Support the accounting team with their daily tasks

• Ad’hoc tasks if needed

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2-3 years post qualified experience in accounting

• SAP experience

• Fluent in French and English would be a plus

• Working knowledge of MS Office & Google Tools

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Analytical skills

• Quality Orientation

• Technical / Professional Knowledge and Skills

• Proactive & shows initiative in continuous improvement
