Duration : 12 months, starting in August/September 2024

Department : Indirect procurement department, located in Neuilly-sur-Seine

Missions :

We are looking for a 12 month-apprentice to join the Brand & Consumer Facing team part of our EMEA Indirect Procurement. In this role, you will be working on the various topics related to our Advertising & Promotion sub categories within the 12 months’ assignment.

Responsibilities

· Management of end-to-end sourcing activities and contract renewals for selected topics.

· Contribute to cross-functional topics working closely with IP Senior Manager and Executive Director orientated around Stakeholder Management, Suppliers and Spend.

· Conduct a solid spend review, spend categorization analysis and updates per subcategory, working with each category lead to ensure the data is accurate and a solid basis for the strategies.

· Conduct sub-categories transversal activities such as sub-categories Sustainability analysis, Supplier I&D, and Cash opportunity analysis.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn student with strong academic records and ideally a previous experience (internship, placement) either in Indirect Procurement or in other fields. You have already had an experience abroad or have studied abroad and have strong, stakeholder management, negotiation, advanced analytical and presentation skills. You are an enthusiastic person, fast learner, with very good communication skills. You have a leadership experience through extra-curricular achievements. The business language is English, any other additional languages is a plus.
