In this position you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the procurement process. And can acquire great skills and experience within the realm of Sourcing and Procurement operations.This role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and providing support to internal stakeholders. It also requires close cooperation with Category Managers within Indirect Sourcing and supporting their activities such as contract lifecycle management.In this position, we offer you a great learning and personal development opportunity. You will be part of the Global Indirect Procurement team.What you will do

  • Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders (POs) within established timelines.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of POs, including approvals, amendments, and closures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers to address queries, resolve issues, and manage order fulfilment.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor records, including contact details, contracts, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounts payable teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, POs.
  • Contribute to keeping up to date procurement documentation.
  • Analyze procurement data to provide insights on spending trends and suggest improvements.

What you will bringFor this position, we are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree and a positive, proactive attitude. Experience within Procurement Operations is and advantage, however not a must. It will be essential in this role to build professional relationships with your stakeholders as well as to pay attention to detail.
