As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) are now hiring an Indirect Tax (Senior) Specialist with a passion for tax compliance, digital transformation, and helping patients.As a Indirect Tax (Senior) Specialist you will be responsible for Tax compliance focusing on VAT.INSPIRED BY PATIENTS. INSPIRED BY YOU.Accelerate value & make an impact by:Coordinating the preparation of Indirect Tax compliance with service provider in relation to complex entities located across EUCAN and GEM countriesLiaising with and support the central Tax team on a regular basis in the area of VAT ComplianceVerifying, communicating and implementing legislative changes within the regionSupporting corporate projects in the area of indirect taxSupporting innovative solutions, improvements as well as tax projects run globallyHarmonization of processes and procedures within Global TaxSupporting teams in ad hoc questionsSupporting corporate projects in are of taxesRequired qualifications:Good knowledge of accounting and taxes, especially VAT, preferably within an international environmentA proficient English speakerPractical knowledge of SAP and MS Office programs, especially MS ExcelStrong analytical skillsGood communication skillsPreferred qualifications:Academic background in accounting or economicsExperience in other taxes would be an assetAccounting knowledgeAdditional language would be beneficialImprovement-oriented mindsetWhat Takeda Business Solutions can offer you:No investment we make pays greater dividends than taking good care of our people.
