Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030.PositionThe position will be part of the Group’s Management Controlling & Planning (AFC) Function, and in particular will be responsible for the following activities:

• Preparing budgets, multi-annual plans, and related forecasts in line with the strategic plan; defining the rules for their preparation, monitoring performance, and supporting Management in identifying corrective actions in case of deviations;
• Preparing Group management reports, by company and by Business Unit, to support both Management and shareholders;
• Analyzing, in collaboration with the Finance and Treasury departments, deviations in the Group’s short-term financial planning compared to the budget, based on monthly data provided by Business Units, branches, and foreign subsidiaries;
• Supervising and ensuring the effectiveness of the Group’s investment process and Research & Development programs, by assessing their financial viability and alignment with the approved Plan and Budget;
• Conducting recoverability assessments of intangible assets for the purposes of the Group’s Financial Report (Impairment Testing);
• Standardizing the industrial management control system across all end-to-end operations, from the supply chain and procurement to production and product delivery to the customer;
• Developing and managing production KPI dashboards;
• Determining total landed production costs in the financial statements and analyzing variances;
• Planning and controlling production orders, inventories, operating costs, and performance, including defining the criteria for determining and monitoring product costs;
• Ensuring the proper execution of the inventory process (assets and materials), annually defining its scope and coordinating all relevant stakeholders;
• Conducting industrial cost audits at production plants;
• Defining the structure of cost centers in line with business requirements and ensuring their monitoring and analysis;
• Establishing in the budget the hourly rates for direct cost centers and the allocation percentages for auxiliary and service cost centers;
• Ensuring the certification of data underlying cost reduction and efficiency programs coordinated by the Program Management Office.

Requirements

• Academic training in economic disciplines
• Consolidated experience in industrial management control in structured manufacturing companies with multi-year projects
• Experience in implementing an information system for controlling and monitoring industrial performance
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Proven knowledge of reporting tools (SAP, TABLEU)
• Relational and cross-functional skills;
• Analysis skills;
• Good problem-solving skills.
