Offer DescriptionThe postdoctoral fellow will carry out research within the ERC project INWO0D – Industrial Wood European Industrialisation as Seen from the Forests (1870-1914). The postdoc will analyze both the extent and characteristics of forest cover. The evolution of forest cover will be explored primarily through a comparison of topographic maps produced between the late 19th and early 20th centuries for selected regions of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
