• Technical coordination of project teams in the area of new production line concepts, new processes, planning/reviewing of production flows or manufacturing lines for backend and test processes
• Creating and keeping the overview about industrialization status of production lines
• Adherence to financial budget and time schedule. Monitoring and reporting equipment maturity, process & production performance KPIs
• Independent realization of projects or their coordination for a holistic, sustainable process optimization during product launch
• Application of statistical methods and structured problem solving methods
• Collaboration with our worldwide competence network for know-how exchange

Your Qualifications

• Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or equivalent
• Several years professional experience in industrialization of series products as well as project management
• Expertise in the field of electronics production
• Spirit of innovation, creativity, proactive behavior and solution-oriented work style
• Structured way of working, analytical thinking, entrepreneurship
• Fluent business English written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 25%)
• Team spirit and ability to communicate in an international and multicultural environment
