Description
Increasing the culture of readiness for our Defense clients is key to our success at the IBU Defense and Security. The ideal candidate has a profound understanding of Defense processes a can-do attitude and is constantly on top of newest developments (AI adoption) within an internal Defense eco-system.
Next to logistics, HR, disaster relief scenarios are known and understood. The ability to communicate and show-case is key.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Role Purpose
To drive customer success and revenue growth by aligning SAP solutions with customer needs, fostering early engagement, and delivering impactful experiences that maximize customer value and ensure high renewal rates.
Key Responsibilities
include but not limited to:
-Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs to SAP solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions
-Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey
-Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust
-Ensure world-class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer value
-Continuously explore and communicate the added value of SAP solutions to each account, supporting the process of value expansion and increased revenue
Key Requirements
-Bachelor degree or higher
-Fluency in Polish and English
