With rapid growth across Europe and exciting plans for the Dutch market, they’re now hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and lead regional creator partnerships from the ground up.

The role is ideal for someone with a mix of creative flair and data smarts, who thrives in a startup setting and knows how to turn cultural insights into impact. While the HQ is in Hamburg, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from Amsterdam or Berlin , with occasional travel for key meetings and events.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead influencer marketing efforts in the Netherlands, from strategy to execution
* Identify and build relationships with content creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
* Launch and manage creator campaigns aligned with business goals and brand voice
* Track performance, optimize outreach, and report on KPIs
* Own all communication, contracts, and collaboration workflows with talent and agents
* Bring insights from local culture and content trends into campaign planning

Who You Are

* At least 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, ideally in D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle
* Native-level Dutch and strong English communication skills is a must
* You’re fluent in the creator economy-especially across short-form video platforms
* Detail-oriented with solid project management and negotiation skills
* Data-savvy and able to interpret metrics to shape decisions
* Bonus: You’ve launched influencer campaigns in new markets, or worked in food/wellness brands
