💡Your role in a nutshellJoin our team as an Influencer Relations Specialist and become a key player in creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns that make a real impact. In this role, you will develop strategies, select the right influencers, and work closely with creative teams to ensure every campaign is authentic and engaging. • Taking charge of planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, developing communication strategies, and defining how influencers play a key role in achieving campaign goals.
• Carefully selecting influencers whose personas align with our brand and campaign objectives, backed by solid analysis and data-driven insights.
• Collaborating with creative teams to adapt campaign ideas to the unique style and audience of each influencer, ensuring the content is authentic and engaging.
• Managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the entire process of working with influencers.
• Being the go-to person for solving any issues during campaign execution, always ready with creative solutions to keep things on track and ensure success.

🔑Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

• Experience in independently planning and managing influencer marketing projects.
• At least 3 years in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in the field.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a knack for strategic planning, ensuring every decision drives success.
• A deep understanding of the marketing communication process, with a focus on innovation.
• A positive attitude that inspires teams and promotes a can-do mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of social media channels.
• Familiarity with influencer monitoring tools like Influtool is a big plus.
• Fluency in English at a minimum of B2 level is essential.
