Information Security Officer
SEC/0125/DRResponsibilities:

• identify and address business IT and information security risks, translating them into technical control requirements,
• lead security improvement initiatives and ensure alignment on goals with functional managers and the Group CISO,
• assess current and future threats, providing a realistic overview of risks and ensuring compliance with security policies,
• support audits and offer security awareness and training for different audience levels,
• manage security incidents and collaborate with vendors and internal departments to establish risk-level agreements,
• ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including audit support and incident reporting to the Group CISO.

Requirements:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, computer science, or related fields, or comparable business experience,
• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in an information security role,
• experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, TISAX, TPISR, SOC2),
• fluent English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• strong leadership, project management, and technical security knowledge.
