RINA is currently recruiting for a Infrastructure & Mobility Projects Project Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Infrastructure Division.MissionRINA is currently recruiting for a Project Advisor (Infrastructure & Mobility Projects Area) to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the RINA Construction Safety SectorJob ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work on administrative area of Engineering projects in order to:

• Planning and Monitoring of financial information (Revenues, Costs, WIP, Invoicing, Collection) and share the results with the Manager and with main subjects inside the Business Unit
• Provide managerial and administrative support to the Manger of Operational Unit (use of IT systems, planning and monitoring supplier qualification / engagement, planning and monitoring invoicing)
• Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions;
• Identifying, contributing toward and driving business improvement initiatives and optimizes current processes;
• Document controller and technical secretary #LI-MP3

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering General is preferable
• 2/3 years of experience in the same role in the accounting and finance department of a large company
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access and proficiency Excel)
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
