Votre rôle principal sera d’assurer un support de qualité de nos applications marines installées chez nos clients et de les accompagner dans la prise en main des différents systèmes de notre portefeuille.Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) d’application Marine basé(e) dans le Sud-Est de la France (Occitanie-PACA).Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSEBased on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchy, the application engineer advises, trainsand supports internal and external stakeholders in the choice and use of products.Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES – Advise and propose a solution based on customer requests (demonstration, etc.), supporting sales teams – Support, advise and train internal and external stakeholders (customers, in-house teams, etc.) in the use of products (manufacturer recommendations, safety standards, maintenance, functionalities, etc.) – Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders (customers, sales teams, technical teams, etc.) – Monitor the development and testing of new products and draft technical documentation – Maintain a technical and competitive watch to identify new opportunities (technologies, service providers, markets, customers, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION – Contribute to the development of sales and offers within its scope – Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives within its scope – Guaranteeing the quality and conformity of support and training courses – Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders – Know and apply internal and external compliance rules and procedures – Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, operating modes, authorizations, etc.) PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) 5 years’ higher education in engineering and/or significant experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) – General engineering knowledge (topography, etc.) – General product knowledge (ranges, functionalities, etc.) – General knowledge of IT tools and information systems – General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations – Intermediate level of English (B2) Behavioral skill(s) – Good interpersonal skills – Active listening – Thoroughness – Analyticalability – Responsiveness – Adaptability – Curiosity – Pedagogy
