• Managementofresearchprojects

• Managing the research projects with the goal to contributing to a pipeline of innovation to feed future growth through innovative products
• Collaborating with external and internal partners
• Applying for public funding
• planning and budgeting research projects
• Communicating with the subcontractors and internal teams to find novel solutions aligning with company business strategies,
• Follow-up and steer the projects
• Preparation of project results to company decision making
• Managementofintellectualproperty (IP)functions

• Coordinate new patent application process (incl. prosecution)
• Coordinate freedom to operate (FTO) analysis for new products
• Conduct competitor IP monitoring (incl. searching, analysing, reporting)
• Managementof innovationideas

• Process and prepare evaluation of new innovation ideas for decision-making according to the company innovation management process
• Involves close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and with external professionals: consultants, university researchers, or clinicians

Innovation SpecialistImportant multinational company operating in the biomedical sector.Experience:PhD (or at least MSc) degree in biomedical engineering, physics, optics, electrical engineering, mechanics or other relevant fieldEnglish: FluentBasic IT knowledge:

• Microsoft office tools
• Jira
• Greip
