For this we are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Agent with native level of Spanish language who will be part of our amazing Sales Team.What you will do 💻 :

• Support of Clinics sales representatives in convert our potential deal in closing sales;
• Outbound (phone, Emails, and WhatsApp) contact potential patients;
• Direct communication with financial institutions to negotiate and provide the patients with the best payment options;
• Collection management and recovery;
• Recaption of older leads to transform into new sales;
• Work with your manager and teammates to improve our processes, we do care about your ideas!

What do you need to be successful in this position 💡:

• Native or Bilingual level of Spanish Language;
• At least 1 year experience in Sales;
• Advanced level in English. Any other language will be a plus;
• Good command of IT skills and cloud service, we use Gsuite.
