We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team specializing in Sales for Cummins in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage the back-office operations for the Sales Aftermarket Team, including verifying information on sales orders for key overseas accounts and ensuring smooth execution of these orders.
Coordinate with customers to arrange shipment pickups once orders are complete, sharing necessary details and invoicing with accurate VAT information and export requirements.
Prepare and upload required documentation to customers’ web platforms and issue necessary export documents while adhering to export customs regulations.
Create credit notes for commercial gestures, product returns, or rental part returns (PGR), ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Validate packing lists, process orders, and send order acknowledgments (AR) to clients as part of the key account management process.
Provide administrative and sales support for exports, ensuring compliance with incoterms, payments, packaging requirements, and delivery timelines.
Handle operational documents (OD) and work orders (WO), and maintain detailed records in pricing/ordering spreadsheets.
Generate and manage proforma invoices, export documentation, and follow up on VAT exemptions for export customers, especially key accounts.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
