The Policy and Insight team within Global Recruitment and Admissions works across faculties and professional services areas to provide a data and market informed approach to recruitment, admissions, marketing and student experience across the University. The team brings together a range of capabilities including market and competitor analysis, market research, horizon scanning, policy and business intelligence to ensure the University has the data, information and analysis it needs to inform and drive evidence-based decision making.
We are looking for a highly numerate, motivated, curious, problem-solving individual to join us. This role is in a unique position to impact on decisions taken by the University through the provision of comprehensive, accessible and efficient data reporting and analysis on markets, competitors, portfolios, applicants and students.
The post holder will be confident in extracting, transforming and visualising data from a variety of data sources, using a range of business intelligence tools to create reports and dashboards. They will work collaboratively with other analysts in the team and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in the rest of the University.
