We embrace a strong risk culture and all our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an Insurance Productivity and Performance Business Analyst, you will support the development of the Santander Consumer Finance Insurance business in Europe and America through reporting and continuous analysis of the sales performance and productivity of our insurance products in the Business Intelligence Team, with a focus on:Maintaining and enhancing our Global Insurance MIS:

• Enhance the Insurance MIS through the definition of new indicators that support the business analysis and business development, and by expanding the geographical scope of the MIS
• Support local countries in Insurance MIS reporting processes including support to ensure consistency and correctness of the KPIs
• Foster the use of the Insurance MIS for business analysis and development purposes across all countries
• Coordinate yearly budget processes together with the local units

Support in commercial productivity analysis:

• Monitoring of sales performance for all levels of the sales network and analysis of the dispersion of the sales performance to identify sales opportunities
• Benchmarking of sales performance among countries/products/type of customers to establish optimal targets
• Identification of opportunities and gaps vs agreed commercial plans

EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, sales performance analysis or similar functions
• AI experience in data analytics

EDUCATION

• University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in programming with common tools such as Visual Basic or Python.
• Sound knowledge on Excel and Power BI is a must.
• Requirement languages skills: High proficiency in English and Spanish.
