Together, we shape .The OpportunityAs an Integration and Customer Success Manager at Worldline, you will leverage your expertise in payment POS terminal services and ECR system integrations to drive client success and satisfaction. You will serve as the primary contact for our large merchant clients, ensuring they fully utilize our solutions to meet their business objectives. Collaboration with Sales and Key Account Management (KAM) teams is essential to support business development and growth.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding and Integration:Lead and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration of Worldline’s payment solutions with clients’ existing ECR systemsWork closely with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate deployment of services.Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their operational and strategic needs;Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate client success and satisfaction, addressing any issues proactivelyAct as the primary contact for client support, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;Identify opportunities for upselling additional solutions that align with client needs and objectives.Performance Monitoring:Analyze client usage and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization;Implement strategies to drive product adoption and enhance client satisfaction.Feedback and Continuous Improvement:Collect and communicate client feedback to the product and development teams to drive product enhancements;Participate actively in the development of new features and services that cater to the retail vertical.Client Advocacy and Best Practices:Advocate for clients within Worldline, ensuring their voices and needs are effectively communicated;Share best practices and success stories to foster a community of learning and improvement among clients.Who Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.
