Job Title Integrations Senior Analyst (Mulesoft)Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to recruit a MuleSoft Support Analyst to join our Technology team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing integrations using MuleSoft and Control-M applications. The candidate will be involved in projects and operational changes aligning to the overall business vision, priorities, and compliance strategies and provide timely solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft and Control-M.Process Monitoring: Monitor integration processes to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.Identify, investigate, and resolve integration-related issues, including API errors, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, procedures, and support cases.Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to understand integration requirements, address complex issues, and support development in resolving system defects.Analyze integration performance, logs, and system health to implement improvements and preventive measures.Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and assisting end-users in understanding MuleSoft features and functionalities.Skills/Experience:EssentialNetwork skills (Various protocols, SFTP, TLS)Security skill (controls/framework)CI/CD pipeline configuration/managementMuleSoft integrations, AnyPoint Platform, Cloudhub 2.05 years MuleSoft experience with at least one MuleSoft implementation projectDevOps tools (Postman, GitHub, Artifactory, Snyk)Experience with MuleSoft connectors, flows, Error handling, security policies and transformations.Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, HTTP request/response patterns and other integration protocols.Proficiency with Java, YAML, XML, and JSON.DesirableKnowledge of ADOKnowledge of OracleRe-insurance industry knowledge.Graduate of bachelor’s degree course or IT related coursesExperience of Cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS), or other Cloud based PlatformsMuleSoft CertifiedSAP BTP (not essential, but willing to learn)Personal CharacteristicsCollaborates well with all levels of the organization, including senior management.Good Communicator – succinctly communicates product vision to all stakeholders in a compelling and effective way.Decisive – makes effective customer centric decisions.Flexible – adapts and thrives under change and ambiguity in an independent and flat structure.Excellent internal customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Experience or knowledge working in an agile product teamAbility to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines.Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborating with others as and when needed.Ability to exercise confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.Working For Pacific Life ReEvery person in our global team is valued for the unique qualities they bring to our business and we seek to build their expertise and support their individual ambitions at every step.
