THE BIG PICTUREWe are seeking a talented ML Engineer / Data Scientist to join our AI Factory team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of AI-powered applications leveraging deep learning, machine learning models, and large language models (LLMs). You will design and implement scalable AI systems and collaborate closely with Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Translators in a dynamic and innovative environment.HOW YOU WILL MAKE MAGIC HAPPENDesign and develop innovative, cutting-edge AI solutions.Contribute to the scale-up of AI adoption through the creation of reusable libraries and common assets.Ensure smooth operations with scalable, robust, and resilient system designs.Adopt and implement state-of-the-art technology and cloud-native solutions.Define and enforce best practices and standards for application design and development.WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOMEUniversity degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 2 years of practical experience in software design and implementation, ideally focused on AI systems.Strong knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.Proficiency in object-oriented software development using Python; experience with API design and implementation.Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker container technologies.Strong eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and frameworks.Excellent collaboration skills and ability to thrive in an Agile development environment.Great, if you have:Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., KubeFlow, Langchain, Haystack).Proven experience with cloud infrastructure for application development, including cloud service integration.Experience designing and developing microservices architecture.Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and industry best practices.Knowledge of DevOps best practices with experience deploying applications on Kubernetes.WHY JOIN CAPCO?
