We are looking for an interim Head of Supporter Recruitment for a 6 month maternity cover at an exciting new phase for Oxfam while we launch our new Engagement Strategy. Our Engagement Strategy has challenging ambitions for Oxfam to grow its supporter base and income, and build a culture based on feminist values and principles.
The Role:
In this role, you will be providing strategic direction and leadership in line with our feminist approach and values. To lead a digital fundraising team to meet ambitious goals for new supporter recruitment, with a focus on regular giving, and developing innovative new ways to inspire supporters to join us and provide long term support.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- A collaborative leader that encourages integration and supports their team to succeed.
- Lived experience(s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti-racism and inequalities.
- A data driven decision maker who can foster a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement through testing and learning.
- High levels of commercial acumen and understanding of investment strategies. Ability to rigorously assess performance across channels and adapt investment plans to maximise long-term return.
- Demonstrable experience of audience listening, research and targeting techniques.
- High levels of curiosity and external awareness.
