IKEA Denmark is seeking an Interior Design Leader who possesses a deep understanding of our customers’ living situations, needs, and aspirations.
We’re looking for someone who is attuned to the latest trends in home furnishing, retail design, and communication, and can translate these into inspiring and locally relevant home furnishing solutions.What You’ll Bring:

Your leadership will not only influence our team but also the experiences of countless customers who seek inspiration from our stores.Key Responsibility;

  • Indirect leading and motivating our interior design teams in the warehouses.
  • Developing inspiring and functional interior design solutions that appeal to IKEA’s customers.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in design and lifestyle.

With a great deal of passion, imagination and brainstorming we turn colours, textiles and furniture into inspiring environments that excite, engage and convince IKEA visitors that they can do it too!We are a total of 11 colleges in the Home Furnishing and Retail Design team (HFRD). We work with visual merchandising, graphic communication, interior design and online visual merchandising. There are two Interior design leaders, one of whom we are looking for will work towards our warehouses, and the other works between Online, SoMe and our warehouses, to strengthen our Omnichannel business.You must be approx. 3 days a week at the head office, and also be frequently physically present in our warehouses (a total of 6 in Denmark), so that we ensure close cooperation, competence development and sparring.Let’s connect Questions and support? Overtime is reflected in the salary. Working hours are between 8-16 on weekdays, but we are flexible, and you can also work from home.

  • Salary within IKEA’s salary policy based on your skills and including pension.
  • In this position, you will have a reference to the Retail Solutions Manager and the position is in the Service Office (Head Office), IKEA Taastrup.
  • In addition to your salary, IKEA also offers a pension and bonus scheme, health insurance, a massage scheme, a canteen, a staff discount, and discount club with external partners, an annual gift and a Loyalty program.
  • We don’t have any Mobility (help with relocation, documents etc.)
