PROCUREMENT INTERNSHIP- Logistics Procurement

At Coty we are looking for ambitious Procurement Interns with a hands-on mentality. As a Procurement Intern you will be working with our Indirect Procurement teams based in our Headquarters office in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands. This internship will be per February 2026

THE ROLE

ABOUT PROCUREMENT IN AMSTERDAM

Our Amsterdam HQ organization houses Global Direct Category teams (responsible for Packaging, Raw Materials and External manufacturing) and Global Indirect Category and EMEA Procurement teams (responsible for Media, Digital, Marketing, Business Services and Logistics). We are a diverse team of many nationalities and backgrounds with passion for people development and drive our Coty transformation journey. The teams identify improvements/projects and roll these out to provide added value, service and necessary funds to reinvestment back to the business to drive top line of our beautiful brands. 

Responsibilities

We have three open Procurement internship positions within Coty HQ

Great opportunity to manage an end- to – end project and learn procurement skills

Various projects to support on including, but not limited to, the below:

1.        Spend and various data set analysis

2.        Ensure consistency in rate cards through various updates

3.        Freight Payment Audit Resolution support

4.        Preferred Vendor List and Preferred Vendor Contracts acceleration, KPI monitoring

5.        Taxonomy and best practices toolkit development

6.        Assist Team members in market analysis

7.        Assist Team members in execution of various projects, RFQs and sourcing events

8.        Develop robust study in the field of Sustainability in transport (logistics)

ARE YOU A COTY FIT

-Student (Bachelor/Master), it is important you remain enrolled with your university

-Passion for beauty and our brands, strong affinity with dynamic environment

-Analytical, good with numbers and strong excel skills

-Does not shy away from responsibilities and is happy to provide added value

-Proactive and hands-on

-Flexible and loves challenges

-Good administrative & communication skills and likes to work in a team

-Fluent in English

Period

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 5-6 months and starts from September 2023. Remote working is possible up to 50% of your time, in alignment with your line manager. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
