Are you interested in learning more about employer branding, recruitment and onboarding in an international setting? Join our Talent Attraction team in a 6-month internship and gain hands-on experience supporting our team as we find and attract new colleagues to Lundbeck.

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to plan and coordinate events, build your network and gain significant experience.

Here’s a snapshot of some of your future tasks:

-Planning and organizing our participation in career fairs, campaigns and other employer branding activities
-Supporting the coordination of our onboarding days and employee advocacy program
-Assisting with a variety of recruitment-related tasks, e.g., updating guides, coordinating with vendors, ordering merchandise, designing new material, etc.
-Coordinating and supporting the execution of workshops, social activities and other events
-Providing ad hoc support across People & Organization (P&O), together with our student assistants
 

Your days will be varied, and you will gain extensive insight into our daily work within a large, global organization. We’re also interested in hearing your suggestions, and this is a great chance to gain professional experience in a role that offers a high degree of collaboration and many learning opportunities.

The internship is full-time for 6 months, ideally with a start date in early August 2024.

Your future team

In Talent Attraction, we are a truly international team of 13 dedicated colleagues working across borders – 5 of us are located in Copenhagen and 8 in Krakow, Poland, where our shared service center is located.

Joining Talent Attraction also means becoming part of our larger People & Organization department, where we collaborate across teams. We approach our work with an Agile mindset and prioritize both regular knowledge-sharing and social initiatives to build a positive and informal culture. For example, you can look forward to our regular breakfast insight sessions and our brain break corner, where we catch up with one another over a jigsaw puzzle. We are very enthusiastic about what we do, and we focus on well-being for the individual along the way.

What you bring to the team

You are currently pursuing a university degree and are looking for an internship where you will shine by:

-Bringing a structured approach to planning – maintaining an overview and checking the details are important to you, and this allows for flexibility when needed
-Applying your “can-do” attitude to learn and tackle new tasks, both big and small
-Taking ownership and responsibility of your tasks and ensuring any necessary follow-up
-Using your creative eye and design skills
 

You should be fluent in English, and you are comfortable communicating with many different types of people.
