Communication is informal, and your colleagues are only a short call away.About the DepartmentThe Internal Operations department oversees applications, security, IT tools and services, data & analytics, AI initiatives, strategic PMO activities (Post Merger integrations (M&A), legacy customers migrations, and digital transformation.Internal Communication for the Internal Operations DepartmentWe’re looking for a curious and hands-on intern to support our Internal Operations team with internal communications. You’ll help improve how we share updates and initiatives across the company, working on projects like redesigning our Intranet hub, shaping clear content, and setting up tools and processes that make communication smoother and more effective.Key Responsibilities:

• Review and optimize the Intranet hub to support the department’s communication goals and objectives.
• Coordinate the enrichment of Intranet content (Sharepoint).
• Define a communication plan for the department’s ongoing initiatives.
• Create a set of templates and guidelines for streamlining department’s communications Propose and review content for key department’s communications, including company emails, Intranet pages, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Organize Internal Operations Department communication editorial rewiews (to create), to coordinate, schedule & validate incoming communications.

Profile:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in content creation and management.
• Proactive and autonomous
• Familiarity with digital transformation and technology
• Fluent in English
