If you’re excited to be part of a team that thrives on enthusiasm and fresh perspectives, you might just be the person we’re looking for.In this global role, you’ll be part of our global People Experience (PX) team and reporting directly to the Chief People Experience Officer (CPXO) and working closely with leaders across the organization (Executive Team, Country Leaders,…) to ensure our internal communications truly resonate and unite our global team.As our Internal Communication Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring that our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Culture are not just words on paper, but a lived experience for our teams across the world. You’ll help shape how we communicate internally, making sure that every message reflects our values and sparks a connection with employees.Key ResponsibilitiesEVP Storytelling: Partnering with PX (HR) and leadership to build and share a compelling EVP that reflects our global culture. You’ll craft stories that celebrate our people and make our EVP relatable to employees no matter where they are.Process Management & Facilitation: You own the structure and cadence of internal communication processes to bring together the relevant communications to our people (global/local, functional, team/department, looking back/looking forward,…), in line with our company priorities and needs of our people.Global Internal Campaigns: You’ll develop creative communication campaigns that keep our global workforce informed, engaged, and aligned with our organizational values. From newsletters to virtual events, your work will make sure everyone feels included and inspired.Employer Branding from the Inside Out: Collaborating on our employer branding strategy, you’ll ensure that everything we say internally mirrors the same dynamic, engaging culture we project externally.Leadership Alignment: Working closely with our global leadership team, you’ll help them communicate our values, vision, and EVP consistently in their interactions with teams.Global Culture Ambassador: You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our communication is inclusive, transparent, and aligned with our iCore values – no matter the country or local culture. We celebrate diversity, and you’ll help ensure our internal messages reflect that.Tracking Success: By establishing key metrics, you’ll measure the impact of our internal communications and continuously adapt strategies to ensure our message hits the mark.What we’re looking for in you…A bachelor/master’s degree in communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field and relevant work experience that shows you’ve got the chops.Proven experience in internal communications, with a global perspective.A passion for storytelling that can connect with diverse, global audiences.You’re a digital communication whiz, comfortable with various platforms and formats.A team player who’s comfortable collaborating with leadership and across departments.A strategic thinker who can connect the dots between communication efforts and company-wide goals.A creative mind that loves turning ideas into engaging content for diverse audiences.Analytical skills that help you measure success and pivot strategies when necessary.This isn’t just any communication role, it’s your chance to help shape and share Dstny’s culture with a global team.
