If you’re excited about joining us and think you have some of what we’re looking for, even if you’re not 100% sure we would love to hear from you.Role overviewThis role is responsible for identifying potential threats against the company from internal factors and developing/deploying strategies and effective controls to mitigate those threats. You’ll also be responsible for investigating internal fraud events or any other incidents.Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:Identifying opportunities where internal fraud risk exists with recommendations of mitigation via controlsInvestigating fraud, other financial crime, data breach events, as well as screening and vetting incidents as directed by HRReporting to the Internal Fraud Incident Team and the Internal Fraud Committee of all internal fraud incidents, prevention activity and perceives risks and control statusManaging the internal fraud team with their investigations, intelligence searches, reviews and contact controller functionProviding training and guidance to colleagues to prevent internal fraud, promoting a fraud aware culture, and encouraging management reporting, escalation and whistleblowingManaging counter fraud exception reports that identify potential fraud flagsEssential skills/experience:Experienced incident investigator (within internal fraud) with previous interviewing skillsStrong knowledge of intelligence systems, risk management procedures and overall good knowledge round payments processesKnowledge of Guidewire Policy, Billing, Claims Centre and GW Contact Manager beneficialThe interview processOur interview process involves the below:Recruiter screening call1st stage interview with hiring leader2nd interview with hiring leaders leaderAs a Disability Confident employer, we’re committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are fully inclusive – what this means to you is if you’re applying for a job with us, you’ll have fair access to support and adjustments throughout your recruitment journey.
