Achieve both individual and team profitability goals by delivering exceptional service to TD SYNNEX customers, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and quality in service to both customers and vendors.Responsibilities:Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervisionGenerate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product areaAchieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEngages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomesManages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as customer engagementSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value propositionDevelops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is requiredDrives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is requiredProvides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunitiesManage customer backorder expectations and reportingEnsure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer informationKnowledge Skills and Experience1–2 years of experience in sales or customer serviceStrong attention to detail and numerical skillsClear and professional phone communicationGood time management and planning abilitiesTarget-driven and familiar with sales processesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with quoting, order entry, or CRM systems is a plusBasic knowledge of IT products or the industry is desirable but not essential#LI-SS5Key SkillsWhat’s In It For You?
