International Business Development Manager – Europe & APAC
A growing and ambitious company active in the healthcare sector in Marche-en-Famenne in Belgium is looking for a driven International Business Development Manager to help expand its presence across key international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset and international ambition, who is eager to build commercial success across Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions (Europe, Middle East, and APAC).

Act as a true hunter: opening new markets and driving international growth.
*
Build and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.
*
Represent the company during on-site visits, client meetings, and trade shows across countries such as Italy, Spain, Germany, Finland, Qatar, Australia, and more.
*
Collaborate closely with the internal teams to support tailored market strategies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare experience is a plus, but not required).
*
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to hunt and close deals.
*
Fluent English; any additional language is considered a strong asset.
*
Willingness and availability to travel internationally at least once a month.
*
Lives within 30-40 km of Marche-en-Famenne (Belgium), and available to be in the office daily during the first months.
