From convention centers and exhibition parks to reception areas and multi-purpose halls, our venues in the world’s leading business tourism destinations can accommodate all types of events.As part of our expansion and to strengthen our global HR organization, we are recruiting an International HR Project Specialist.Reporting to the GL events Venues HR Director, you will play a key role in structuring and optimizing HR processes for our network of sites. In charge of the technical preparation of development files and the various annual HR campaigns, you will ensure the consolidation and monitoring of KPIs for the perimeter and provide a support role to HRBPs and Managers for the deployment of Group and Pole policies and campaigns.International HR support :Upstream of projects :

  • Preparation of and support for HR files relating to the integration or development of new sites abroad (preparatory work during due diligence and monitoring of HR integration plans, analysis of legal and social contexts in the countries of establishment, search for local partners, salary benchmarking, etc.).
  • Provision of HR and CSR documentation to development teams in response to calls for tender

In the site creation and/or takeover phase :

  • Advice and support to integration teams and launch teams
  • Follow-up of integration plan : Support to HRD for all logistical aspects of recruitment, support for implementation of Group policies and procedures
  • Preparation and follow-up of expatriation an secondment files (contracts, CFE, visas, work permits…).
  • Definition of international contractual frameworks and monitoring of recruitment.

In day-to-day management mode :

  • Follow-up of internal mobility files, Interpoles and Major International Projects.
  • Participation and deployment of international HR tools and processes within the area Venues.
  • Relay Harmonization of HR practices between different countries.
  • Preparation of country information books
  • Administrative management of seconded and expatriate staff (contracts, amendments, assignment letters, social security secondment, health insurance, CFE, provident insurance, visas, medical check-ups, vaccinations, logistical correspondence, removals, location and relocation, etc.). )
  • HRBP relay for annual campaigns and one-off HR Operations and data consolidation for the Venues and Sports divisions, and punctually for the group operation (Talents Review, Salary Review, Training Plan, Recruitment… and related KPIs)
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in the same position, with international experience.
  • Bilingual English imperative, another language would be an asset.
  • Higher education in social sciences
  • Significant experience in international HR management.
  • Good knowledge of international HR management standards.
  • Strong aptitude and ability to work in multicultural teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of excel
  • Generally speaking, the Human Resources Manager must carry out all assignments within the scope of his or her responsibilities.
