Objectives
- Help position Saint-Gobain as leader of Passive Fire Protection for the building sector
- Help grow sales of Passive Fire Protection by supporting countries with their fire offer
Key tasks
- Prepare / update full analysis and presentation of building segments and applications with corresponding product offer,
- Complete and update market and competitors’ analysis with the support of the market intelligence team, initiate targeted market surveys,
- Accompany strategic acquisitions leading to fire product range extension and prepare / manage product launch package for targeted countries,
- Develop links and contacts with the fire community (local marketing teams, R&D, …),
- Ensure knowledge transfer, prepare and deliver training sessions on specific fire topics,
- Monitor fire products sales evolution and cost analysis of key products,
- Assess fire product sales in Gypsum and identify areas of product development to enhance product attributes.
- Drive the creation of a Fire Catalogue for Saint-Gobain,
- Prepare an analysis on fire products’ branding and make recommendations,
- Organize presentations of successful fire case studies.

Qualifications & skills
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques (social media, ppt presentations, …),
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines,
- Capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines,
- Working independently,
- Comfortable in an international environment,
- Capable to understand technical aspects linked to building materials properties, sustainability, architectural features, and showing strong interest in such topics,
- Rigorous mind,
- Proactive thinking,
- Good interpersonal skills.
Background
- 10/15 years minimum experience in technical product management roles for the construction sector, or in the Passive Fire Protection business
- Experience of working in an international organization.
- Marketing expert able to work with technical experts
