Do you thrive in a role that blends cross-border collaboration with data precision and process ownership?We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analyticalInternational Mobility Data and Finance Specialistto support our international mobility operations by ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of cross-charging and cost management activities across the Group.Scope of the position:

• Administer intercompany cross-charging processes related to MOL Plc. and oversee them on a Group level
• Manage the Global Performer service invoicing process end-to-end
• Coordinate IMM vendor cost redistribution within MOL Plc. and beyond
• Support international mobility reporting, analytics and data preparation
• Assist with IMM tool testing and tracker development, contributing to digitalization and process optimization

What you bring to the table:

• Min. 1 year of experience in an administrative, HR or finance-focused role
• Solid experience in international mobility, HR analytics, HR controlling and intercompany cost charging/invoicing
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
• Analytical mindset, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SharePoint and SAP systems
