The People and Culture Team and what you’ll be working on
You will join a team of professional colleagues with a learning and progressive mind-set where collaboration, diversity and transparency are some of the key values that represent the team and underpin how we operate.
The People & Culture team (P&C) have very ambitious plans for 2024, we will:
- Create meaningful wellbeing initiatives
- Champion and embed DEI in every aspect of the employee life cycle
- Crystallise and implement our global reward offering and global policy review
This is a snapshot of the exciting plans that we’d like you to be part of.
What you will be doing day to day
You will operate as a true business partner connecting with staff across our regions and cultures. You will also:
- Coach and support staff and managers in HR policy and practice
- Develop people plans with regional leaders in all aspects of the employee life cycle and meet changing business needs.
- Own and drive the people projects across the regions and deliver HR initiatives including reward, engagement and DEI
What you will bring to the role
- Strong relationship building skills
- Operate in a fast-paced, global and changing business environment
- Strong experience of partnering with leaders
- A strong solutions focus, ability to quickly identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
Experience of US HR is a strong advantage but not essential.
