Work alongside an experienced international buying team supporting strategic sourcing and negotiations for top consumer goods brands. You will manage the full purchasing process, from analysis and strategy to execution and price implementation across multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesCompile market data and prepare negotiation presentationsAssist with building arguments and strategy with multinational partnersAnalyze product ranges and ensure pricing accuracy in tools and systemsCoordinate pricing implementation across various countries (e.g. France, Germany, Poland, Benelux…)Liaise with local country teams and provide negotiation supportSupport with documentation, meeting prep, and follow-upsTake part in projects around market/category analysis and supplier performance trackingAssist with administrative tasks related to annual negotiations and supplier talksJoin a fast-paced FMCG purchasing team with global reachPlay a key role in European-level sourcing & negotiation projectsQualities of a Successful CandidateBachelor’s degree, ideally in business, international trade, or food/agri-related fieldsFluent in English and French; German or Dutch is a strong plusProactive, curious, and eager to learnStrong Excel and MS Office skillsCommunicative and comfortable in multicultural teamsDetail-oriented and well-organizedPositive mindset with a solution-focused attitudeOur client is a major player in the retail purchasing sector, serving as a central hub for cross-border sourcing operations across Europe.
