You will manage around ten vacancies simultaneously and recruit six to eight new candidates weekly. Your focus will be on the construction – and technical sector. You will collaborate closely with a team of eight colleagues, including sales staff, job coaches, and fellow recruiters. And don’t forget office dog Gappie!
Together, you will ensure the best matches. JJM aims to grow from 150 to 200 successful placements by 2025. Are you ready to contribute to this ambition?Your responsibilities:

  • Impactful recruitment: Handle incoming applications, select and connect international candidates via job boards, social media, and your own network with employers.
  • Constant communication: Maintain open and honest relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. You’ll also visit clients on-site.
  • Achieving results: Always find the shortest route to identify the best candidates and successfully match them with clients.
  • Pushing boundaries: Collaborate with the Sales & Recruitment Manager to innovate and create value for the organization.
