International Sales & Partnerships Manager
This role is for someone who enjoys opening doors, building markets, and owning growth. As International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding international sales by developing new distributor relationships and strengthening existing partnerships across Europe and other key regions.
You will operate with a high degree of independence and play a central role in driving commercial success. This position is ideal for a true hunter: entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated by building something rather than maintaining the status quo.
What you’ll be doing
Actively source and engage new international distributors across multiple markets

Expand and professionalise relationships with existing distribution partners
*
Drive lead generation together with internal support teams, using a mix of outbound approaches including cold outreach
*
Own commercial conversations from first contact through to deal closure
*
Translate market and partner needs into concrete commercial opportunities
*
Act as the main commercial contact for international partners and key accounts
*
Coordinate internally to ensure partners are fully enabled to sell effectively
*
Carry full responsibility for meeting and exceeding budget targets
*
Maintain visibility of pipeline activity and progress for internal stakeholders
Who we’re looking for
At least 2 years of experience in business development or key account roles within FMCG, OTC or pharmaceutical environments

Strong new-business mindset with proven ability to open markets and build partnerships
*
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
*
Enjoys outbound sales and prospecting rather than inbound-only roles
*
Commercially sharp, persuasive, and highly self-motivated
*
Fluent in English; Dutch is not required
*
Additional languages are a plus
*
Expats living in the Netherlands are welcome
