Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring strategic deployment within our dynamic company.About the roleAs an International Transfer Production Project Manager at VeroTech, you will take charge of steering international production transfer projects, utilizing your deep understanding of industrial strategies. You will spearhead initiatives that align with the broader strategic objectives.Key responsibilitiesLead and manage industrial projects, with a strong emphasis on international production transfers and operational scalability.Develop and implement industrial strategies that align with corporate objectives, ensuring long-term efficiency and competitiveness.Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and alignment across departments.Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project milestones, budgets, and timelines are consistently met.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to address potential disruptions in project execution.Oversee supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery expectations.Monitor and report on project performance, using KPIs and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within industrial processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Travel internationally up to 30% to supervise on-site project implementation, conduct audits, and support local teams.Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards related to manufacturing, safety, and environmental impact.What we’re looking forMaster’s degree in mechanical, electromechanical, aerospace engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including at least one international production transfer project.At least 5 years of industrial experience in a relevant technical or operational role.Strong leadership and strategic deployment skills, with proven ability to drive complex initiatives.Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.EU nationality required for mobility and compliance purposes.Preferred experience in defense, automotive, or manufacturing industries, with knowledge of sector-specific standards and practices.Why join us?At VeroTech, we empower engineers to grow, innovate, and lead.
