En tant que stagiaire en gestion de projet médical global au sein de notre équipe Stratégie, Innovation et Transformation Médicale, vous participerez à la mise en œuvre d’initiatives de transformation stratégique à l’échelle mondiale.

Principales responsabilités :

• Participer à la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route de transformation médicale au niveau global et local avec l’équipe Stratégie Globale et Transformation Médicale

• Contribuer à la gestion de projets stratégiques, de la phase de pré-lancement à la phase post-lancement

• Aider à établir des partenariats avec les équipes médicales mondiales et régionales pour favoriser l’échange de connaissances

• Contribuer au développement de nouveaux modèles opérationnels, en intégrant des données, l’IA et des outils numériques

• Assister dans la création de stratégies de communication et de plans d’engagement des parties prenantes

• Suivre et rendre compte des Indicateurs Clés d’Impact pour évaluer l’efficacité des initiatives

À propos de vous

• Savoir-être et savoir-faire : rigueur, curiosité, relationnel. Connaissances en transformation, en santé numérique et en affaires médicales. Maitrise d’Excel et de PowerPoint

• Formation : bac +4 ou +5 en sciences de la vie ou en gestion de projet

• Langues : anglais courant obligatoire

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of the medical transformation roadmap globally and locally with the Global Strategy and Medical Transformation team

• Take part in driving strategic projects from pre-launch to post-launch, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment

• Help build partnerships with global and regional medical teams to foster knowledge exchange

• Contribute to the development of new operating models, integrating data, AI, and digital tools

• Assist in creating communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans

• Track and report on Key Impact Indicators to monitor the effectiveness of initiatives

About you

• Soft and technical skills : rigor, autonomy, interpersonal skills. Knowledge or experience in transformation, digital health and medical affairs. Good presentation skills

• Education : bac +4/+5 in life science, business, project management

• Languages : english fluent
