AVL Iberica offers a job in Spain (ES) asInternship Application EngineerAVL, a leading company in testing services for the automotive industry, offers a internship position as application engineerYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:To contribute to:Software development.

• Development of display screens in AVL Theia with Adobe Animate tool
• Development of HTML5 pages embedded in AVL Theia.
• PLC programming – Siemens TIA Portal.
• Python programming. Pandas, matplotlib, scipy, numpy.
• Data science libraries. Xgboost, sklearn.
• Programming in AVL’s own languages and products. Puma/Lynx.
• Testing Modbus drivers.

IT issues coordination

• Definition of network concepts.
• Virtual machines.
• Remote connectivity. VPNs

General engineering

• Calculation and simulation of electricity consumption.
• Basic studies of batteries and power electronics.
• Basic electrotechnics and thermodynamics.

YOUR PROFILE:We are not looking for a specific degree, but they could fit profiles of

• Automatic/electronics engineer.
• Computer engineer/software development
• Higher degree in automatic/electronics.
• Higher degree in computer science/ software development/ web application design
