Internship – Flight Operations Engineer – Crew sizing

Already equipped with a fleet of 4x long-haul aircraft (1 x A330-200F and 3 x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters.

CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world’s first airline to launch and operate this state of the art cargo aircraft.

As part of its development, CMA CGM Air Cargo is recruiting an engineer in the Operations Study Office to manage tools and projects for Flight Crew Production.

MISSION DESCRIPTION:

Within the study office, you will assist the teams in their daily tasks. In collaboration with other departments within the company, your primary mission will be crew planning. Your tasks will include:

• Creating and implementing a crew planning tool;
• Proposing calculation assumptions;
• Analyzing and optimizing the crew training schedule;
• Proposing improvements for managing crew leave volumes;
• Assisting in integrating A350F aircraft into the crew planning framework.

In addition to your main project, you will participate in Flight Crew Production department activities:

• Monitoring, producing, and analyzing Flight Crew Production indicators;
• Managing documentation for departmental procedures;
• Providing support to the planning and regulation teams with tools.

Any other activities outside those listed may be assigned based on the daily needs of the study office, such as route studies, pilot software administration, technical studies, ongoing projects, etc.

PROFILE:

• You are a student in an aeronautical engineering program.
• IT skills are appreciated.
• You possess an analytical mind and are rigorous, autonomous, responsive, proactive, and dynamic.

CONTRACT :

• 6-month internship
• Start Date: February/March 2025
• Internship based in Marseille
