Internship – Global Customer Care Team – Outerloop Activation“Utilizing real-life data to improve customer experience has helped me get an end-to-end view of HEINEKEN as a company”The internshipAre you a data-oriented student in business analytics, industrial engineering, business engineering or similar?Would you like to design a process where you can guide others on how to utilize the existing data?In this internship in the Global Customer Care team, you’ll be working on “Outerloop Activation”. As part of our Voice of Customer program, we have over a million data points collected from our real-life customers in over 60 countries: the bars, the supermarkets, the distributors, the café’s. Your role is to create an end-to-end process for colleagues in these countries so they can better understand the data, use it in workshops you’ll structure and then implement it and share it with others.Main responsibilities:

• Create a dashboard and playbook to guide OpCo’s on how to understand the data they have collected
• Design a workshop where they can utilize this data to prioritize which projects to work on
• Improve the existing project sharing practices: knowledge management and communication plan
• Create an award competition with relevant KPI’s to motivate different countries to compete
• Support the team on existing user adoption project for monitoring

You’ll be working closely with the Global Customer Care team, mainly the Voice of the Customer team.During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. Of course always with the guidance that is right for you.The departmentThe VoC Team works very cross functional, we are part of Global Supply Chain and at the same time work closely together with Global Sales as VoC is part of the Customer Centricity framework. We are a team of 4 people working on VoC to support live OpCos, implement and improve the capability to drive customer value.The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 September 2025
• The internship is fulltime
• The duration of the internship is 6 months
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Schiphol and Amsterdam, de Pijp
• During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid set up, 3 days from the office and 2 days from home
• You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

• WO education: data oriented, preferably studying business analytics, industrial engineering, business engineering or similar
• Passion for customer experience and process design
• Independent, strong communication and interpersonal skills

• In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.

• Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
