We strive to offer the best to our consumers and employees.YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:Within the Global Learning & Development team, this internship will take place in in Paris (75009) in our superb HQ, as of July 2025.During your internship, the Global Learning Managers will support you to thrive in your missions:

• Participation in the design of learning solutions at the Group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.).
• Managing the Danone Academy community of colleagues and learners worldwide to enhance Danone’s learning solutions.
• Providing ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries.
• Creating communication approaches for our learning programs to promote them within the Group.
• Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management.
• Leading LMS output processes: translating learning solutions, tracking, evaluation reporting, and preparing insights for informed decision-making with diverse stakeholders.
• Supporting execution and coordination of learning programs (on-site or virtual).
• Proactively searching for new ways to utilize data in the system for better and more informed action plans.

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

• Available from July 2025 for 6 months
• With 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school
• Who feels comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment
• Demonstrating an interest in issues related to Learning and Development
• Recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills
• Comfortable to communicate with people from diverse profiles
• At ease with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, Teams, etc.)
• With experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be considered a plus
