Proposed tasks:

 

• HRBP team and manager support: Assists our HR professionals in managing and updating our HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

 

• Optimizing the user experience: Analyzes the problems encountered by users and collaborates with our in-house team to propose and implement optimal solutions.

 

• HR process improvement: Works closely with our team to identify, resolve and optimize existing HR processes, ensuring greater efficiency.

 

• HRBP dashboard support: Helps the HRBP manager monitor and analyze key performance indicators, contributing to informed decision-making.

 

• Participation in HR projects: Depending on your interests, skills and the company’s needs, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of challenging and rewarding HR projects.

Profile required :

 

What we expect from you :

 

• You are currently studying for a degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in HR, and have already successfully gained initial experience in the field of human resources.
• You have good problem-solving and communication skills, and are a team player.
• Experienced in handling confidential data.
• You have a good command of IT tools (Teams, Excel, Oracle, Forms, etc.).
• Fluency in French and English is recommended.

 

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
