Purpose of the role: 
We are looking for a proactive and digitally-savvy intern to join our Learning Solutions Team in Amway ESAN. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of learning, technology and creativity. You will help us shape engaging learning experiences by leveraging innovative tools using AI and supporting day to day operations of our Learning Management System ( LMS).

What you’ll do:
-Assist in the design and development of learning content using AI tools, particularly Synthesia among others, to create engaging video-based modules.
-Support the team in maintaining the LMS platform
-Handle uploading and organizing training content within LMS to ensure seamless learning experiences.
-Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal teams to understand the learning objectives and needs to bring the creative videos to life.
-Stay UpToDate with digital learning trends, AI tools and best practices in e-learning.

What you’ll need:
-University graduate in Learning design, educational technology, communications, digital or similar.
-Familiar wit AI content creation tools (Synthesia is a plus)
-Fluency in English
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes, growth mindset attitude
-Focus on details and dedication to work
-High ownership of the tasks you are given
-Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross cultural team
