This role works under the guidance of more senior professional colleagues. The Intern / Apprentice assists with tasks relevant to the specific area or function. This position allows the incumbent the opportunity to develop capability in his/her area of study.

What you’ll be doing

The French Governance, risk and Conformity (GRC) department, under the responsibility of the CISO, have the task to apply the group security policies, and advise all other departments in their tasks and processes on this matter.

Your missions will be:

• Participate the security management process within the framework of calls for tenders.
• Participate the process of customer requirements questionnaires: security, data protection, and more generally everything related to compliance in the context of the requests to be processed.
• Support operational staff in taking into account contractual clauses and security requirements.
• Review and improve the drafting of Safety Assurance Plans.
• Guide operational services in the drafting of models constituting a documentary base on subjects related to security governance, ISO standardization, risk assessment of the services provided to our customers.
• Help internal audits on the implementation of customer requirements, as well as the maintenance of ISO standards.
• Ensure the workflow of the evaluation of suppliers in accordance with Group Policy.
• In collaboration with the CISO, you will lead information systems security awareness workshops.
• Participate in the proper functioning of the service by reporting anomalies and suggestions for improvement.
• Support the CISO in the various ISO certification programs and the adaptation of Group security policies to local specificities France.

Your profile:

• You have at the last year of your Master or Engineer’s degree in IT, cybersecurity or equivalent.
• You have one first experience in the perimeter of information security.
• Skills in automation, scripting (Shell, Python or C#) are mandatory.
• You are analysis and problem-solving oriented.
• You have a knowledge of ISO27001 version 2022 and you have ideally already participated in a ISMS project.
• You have capacity to onboard new security subjects and procedures.
• You are confident in your communication and persuasion skills.
• You master English and French at speaking and writing.
