INTERNSHIP – Interchange Zone Logistics Officer

Your missions 

Integrated into the Logistics Department, you will participate in the monitoring and management of short-term lease contracts and their associated containers. 

What will you do? 

• Identify and manage the return process of short-term lease containers to their owners,
• Maintain and develop the platform that groups our “One Way” contract containers, as well as Qlick Sens tools,
• Work on transversal files: publish daily and weekly documents and regularly produce statistics that you will be able to analyze,
• Monitor the performance of agents in the SSC (Shared Service Center) on a weekly basis and participate in the deployment of our new digital platform with third parties,
• You will be in contact with agents worldwide, SSC teams in India, various members of the Logistics department in Marseille, and partners (suppliers, Shipping Lines, third parties).

What are we looking for? 

• You have a higher education background, such as BAC+5 from a university or Business School with a specialization in logistics.
• You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel. You are comfortable with learning new software and Artificial Intelligence.
• Knowledge of Qlick and PLSQL would be appreciated.
• You have knowledge in logistics.
• Your English is fluent; you can read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.
• You demonstrate autonomy and rigor and possess good analytical and synthesis skills.
• You have team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and good communication.
